It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you as a member of the Kilittaşı family, a community I have proudly been part of for the past six years. Kilittaşı is more than a school to me; it is a learning community where children are supported not only academically but also socially and emotionally, and I am honoured to contribute to this important journey during the early years of education.

My academic background includes degrees in Sociology and Childhood Education, along with continuous professional development training that has shaped my understanding of children’s development and learning. I also hold a Family Counseling certificate and have completed a Master’s program in Educational Administration and Planning, all of which support my holistic and child-centered approach to early childhood education.

With over 22 years of experience in pre-school education—more than 15 of which have been in international school settings—I have had the privilege of working closely with young learners at some of the most formative stages of their development. I am honoured to begin this academic year as the Head of Kindergarten and Primary Vice Principal at Kilittaşı Schools, continuing my professional journey within a community I deeply value.

I strongly believe that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning. My role is to create a warm, safe, and inspiring environment where children feel confident, valued, and encouraged to explore, discover, and grow. Building strong partnerships with families is an essential part of this process, as working together allows us to best support each child’s individual development.

It is with great joy that I introduce myself to you as part of the Keystone family, where I have proudly been a member for the past four years. Keystone is more than just a school to me; it is a community where students grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally, and I am honoured to contribute to that journey.

I studied Psychology and later completed my Master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling. From the very beginning of my career, my dream has been to work closely with students, guiding, supporting, and inspiring them as they navigate the various stages of their educational and personal development. Being able to witness their growth, help them overcome challenges, and celebrate their successes is truly the most rewarding part of what I do.

At Kilittaşı, I see each student as a unique individual with their own strengths, dreams, and potential. My role is not only to provide academic guidance, but also to ensure that every child feels understood, supported, and encouraged. I strongly believe in empathy, open communication, and building trust with both students and their families. Together, we form a partnership that helps children thrive.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with students across different grade levels, and each experience has deepened my passion for education and counselling. I look forward to getting to know your children, supporting them in discovering their talents, and being a source of guidance whenever they need it.
