Extracurricular Activities and Trips

Excursions and trips are an integral part of our educational program at Kilittaşı & Keystone. We aim to make changes in the learning environment and routines to provide a different perspective. These experiences effectively spark curiousity and help the internalization of the learning outcomes.

Trips

These extracurricular activities reinforce the in-class learning by engagement, examination and observation, to answer their questions related to the subject. All our excursions are linked to the curriculum and they are designed by taking into account the grade levels, educational needs and developmental goals of our students.

Beyond enhancing academic understanding, these trips play a significant role in fostering social skills. While learning becomes fun and engaging, students also gain opportunities to navigate diverse social situations, express themselves, and build lasting memories.

At Kilittaşı & Keystone, our extracurricular activities enrich the educational experience and are among the students’ favorite events. These activities provide opportunities to explore passions, build skills, and foster creativity in a supportive environment.
Debate activities allow students to discuss opposing ideas, honing their abilities in evidence collection, argument support, stress management, and process organization.
Junior MUN nurtures leadership and self-confidence while developing critical skills like public speaking, diplomacy, and critical thinking to address global issues.
Hands-on activities like Robotics allow students to explore engineering and problem-solving skills, while Round Square initiatives provide opportunities to develop international perspectives and serve the community.
Activities such as Chess and mind games support creativity and strategic thinking, while our art, music, and sports programs help students discover their talents and build confidence.
These diverse opportunities enable students to develop essential life skills, form meaningful connections, and create lasting memories.
