What is a PTO?

It is a legal institution established to provide better education to students by providing communication between teachers and parents.

This legal institution takes its name from the school where it was founded. The Ministry of National Education regulates the Regulation on the Parent-Teacher Organization. According to the regulations, objectives and tasks are fulfilled.

What are the aims of the PTO?

The primary goal of the PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) is to support the general and specific objectives of the school by establishing strong cooperation between families, parents, and teachers. Additionally, the PTO plays an important role in organizing and promoting social and cultural activities within the school, ensuring that all parents are informed about and participate in these activities.

At Kilittaşı Schools, the PTO organizes charity events, festivals, and various activities to develop Kilittaşı’s values and culture related to school life.
