Our French Language Journey
At our school, French education begins at the age of 4 and progresses through a natural, continuous, and developmentally appropriate program. By Grade 5, French instruction becomes language-intensive and continues in a more focused structure under the guidance of specialist French teachers.
At the end of this process, students have the opportunity to take the DELF / DALF examinations, allowing them to observe their language progress throughout the year and officially certify their French proficiency at an international level.
During the spring term of the same academic year, a two-week educational and cultural trip to France is organized to enable students to experience the French language in real-life contexts, use the language with greater confidence, and strengthen their communication skills.
Through this trip, students:
Gain confidence by using the French language in its natural environment,
Experience French culture, daily life, and social structures firsthand,
Discover that language learning extends beyond the classroom, leading to meaningful and long-lasting learning.
This annual traditional trip to France is a valuable educational experience that not only supports students’ language development but also enhances their cultural awareness, preparing them to become confident, multilingual global citizens.
