The Opportunity to Earn an Official Canadian Diploma While Studying in Türkiye

The Privilege of Graduating with Both MEB and Canadian Diplomas (OSSLT)

Kilittaşı Anatolian High School offers students the unique opportunity to graduate with both a Turkish High School Diploma approved by the Ministry of National Education (MEB) and an official Canadian Diploma (OSSLT) while continuing their education in Türkiye.

Moreover, students can earn this dual diploma without relocating to Canada, while continuing their lives and education in Türkiye alongside their families.

The academic program is fully aligned with the Turkish Ministry of National Education curriculum and is delivered in accordance with WASC accreditation standards and the Round Square educational approach. This holistic system aims not only to support academic excellence but also to strengthen students’ leadership, character development, critical thinking, and global citizenship skills.

Two Diplomas, One Educational Journey

At Kilittaşı Anatolian High School, students:

Continue their education in Türkiye without interruption,

Gain the right to earn the Canadian OSSLT Diploma,

Become directly integrated into the Canadian education system.

Students are simultaneously enrolled in both the MEB system and our Toronto high school campus. Through this dual-enrollment model, Kilittaşı Schools stands out as one of the only and most distinguished institutions in Türkiye offering an official Canadian diploma while providing local education.

The Canadian diploma is ranked among the top three most preferred diplomas worldwide by universities and offers students a significant advantage in international university applications.

Canadian Curriculum + MEB Learning Outcomes = A Strong Academic Foundation

At Kilittaşı:

English Language Arts, French, Physical Education, Visual Arts, and Music are taught in accordance with the Canadian curriculum.

All other subjects follow the learning outcomes set by the Turkish Ministry of National Education.

This integrated structure enables students to continue their official Turkish diploma pathway while benefiting from the academic and pedagogical strengths of the Canadian education system.

The Canadian Experience: Education, Culture, and Exploration

Through exchange programs conducted in collaboration with Kilittaşı’s Toronto campus, students have the opportunity to study in Canada for short- or long-term periods.

Each year, as a long-standing tradition, our high school students travel to Toronto for two weeks, accompanied by their teachers.

During the first week, students attend classes at our Toronto campus. In the second week, they explore Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, and Niagara, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Canada.

Through this experience, students:

Experience Canadian culture and the education system firsthand,

Strengthen their academic English and French proficiency,

Develop a broader global perspective.

Responsibility and Community Engagement

As part of the Canadian diploma graduation requirements, students are required to complete 40 hours of community service.

This process strengthens students’ sense of responsibility, social awareness, and leadership skills.

A Seamless Educational Journey

Graduates of Kilittaşı Middle School are granted priority continuation, ensuring a smooth academic and social transition into high school and a consistent, secure, and well-structured educational journey.

A School Connected to the World

Through the Round Square network, students actively participate in:

International projects,

Student conferences,

Leadership and service programs.

These experiences nurture students as engaged, responsible individuals with a strong global outlook.

With WASC accreditation, the quality of education at Kilittaşı is continuously monitored and enhanced.
